Only 2.5 days left!
Can you believe there is only a couple more days of school!? This week the students will be taking home lots of artwork (hopefully gently and not smushed at the bottom of their backpacks)! Make some room on your fridge for their masterpieces!
We Are Hemenway Mural
Did you see the giant mural in the front lobby display!? All of the students and many of the teachers have contributed to this project. Over 600 portraits are being displayed together to create quite a statement... "We Are Hemenway!!"

I have built the program at Hemenway Elementary to fit within the state guidelines, while also creating cross curriculum connections to help the students form a deeper understanding of the topics they learn in their other classes.
